Our Company always prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction in all B2B transactions. This policy outlines the terms for refunds, returns, and exchanges of heavy machinery, industrial equipment, and related parts.
The Policy of refund
1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
a. Qualified Scenarios:
Defective Products: Equipment with manufacturing defects verified by our technical team.
Shipping Errors: Incorrect items delivered due to our error (supported by delivery documentation).
Non-Compliance: Equipment that fails to meet specifications outlined in the purchase agreement.
b. Non-Qualified Scenarios:
Customized or modified machinery (e.g., engraved parts, tailored configurations).
Damage caused by improper installation, maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.
Returns initiated after 15 days from delivery date.
2. Return Process
Step 1 – Pre-Authorization:

Order number
Photos/videos of the issue
Equipment serial number
Step 2 – Inspection Approval:
Our engineers will review the case within 5 business days. If approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued.
Step 3 – Shipment:
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.
Equipment must be shipped in original packaging with all accessories.
3. Refund Options
Full Refund: Issued for verified defects or shipping errors (processed within 14 days post-inspection).
Partial Refund: For minor repairable issues (e.g., 50% refund if repairs cost less than replacement).
Replacement: Priority option for urgent operational needs (shipped within 10 business days).
Payment Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment channel (e.g., wire transfer, LC).
4. Warranty vs. Refund
All machinery includes a 3-6 month limited warranty covering defects in materials/workmanship. Warranty claims do not automatically qualify for refunds – repairs or replacements are prioritized.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment: Full refund.
Orders canceled after production/shipping begins: 15% restocking fee + actual incurred costs.
6. Liability Limitations
We are not responsible for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits, downtime).
International buyers: Customs duties/taxes are non-refundable.
